This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The Petitioner has filed the aforesaid writ application challenging the illegal action on the part of the Opposite Parties in not considering the case of the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that ventilating the grievance the Petitioner has filed a detailed representation under Annexure-3 to consider the case of the members of the Petitioner Mahasangha on 10.01.2022 before the Opposite Party No.1. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. 5.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.1 which is stated to be pending with Opposite Party No.1 within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner, shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. Further, it is directed that the services of the Petitioner shall not be disturbed till a decision is taken on the representation of the Petitioner, if the order under Annexure-2 has not yet been given effect to.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
