This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the interrogation of the petitioner is very much necessary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the Investigating Officer and cooperate with the investigation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and the nature of accusation against the petitioner, let the petitioner appear before the Investigating Officer on 13th April 2022 and he shall cooperate with the

// 2 // investigation and shall further appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required and a notice to that effect shall be given to the petitioner in advance.

List this matter in the week commencing from 25th April 2022.

Learned counsel for the State shall obtain instruction as to whether the petitioner appeared before the Investigating Officer on the date fixed and whether he cooperated with the investigation or not and also obtain instruction about the result of such interrogation by the next date.

Till the next date, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Sambalpur Cyber P.S. Case No.07 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.403 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.

Let a copy of the order be handed over to the learned counsel for the State.
