It is submitted by State Counsel that the petitioner is in fact suffering from illness which requires surgery and that he was taken by the jail authorities to VIMSAR, Burla on 25.05.2022 for consultation.

Considering the above fact and the ground on which the prayer for interim bail is made, I am inclined to allow the same. 4.

Let the petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of six weeks from the date of his actual release on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and

proper to impose. He shall surrender to custody on expiry of the aforesaid period failing which appropriate warrant may be issued for his production.

The I.A. is disposed of.
