This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:
"The Petitioner, therefore, most humbly prays to issue Notice to the Opposite Parties to furnish suitable Show Cause and in absence of any such suitable Show Cause, this Hon'ble Curt further be pleased to issue Writ of mandamus or any other suitable Writ/Writs directing the Opposite Parties to admit him in the Old Pension Scheme 1992 Rules and readmit him in the GPF scheme forthwith as it has been allowed to similarly placed employees.
And the Petitioner may kindly be allowed to get all Service consequential and financial benefits. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states
// 2 // that the Petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the Opposite party No.1, which may be considered within a stipulated time in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 venting his grievance within a period of two weeks. If such a representation is filed within the time stipulated, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the opposite party no.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter keeping in view the judgments in Anand Dash v. State of Odisha, 2014 ILR-CUT459. 6.
With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
