1. The matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual /physical mode).

2. The Petitioner's representation dated 24th December, 2021 shall be examined by the Chief Post Master General, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar, who shall after giving a hearing to the Petitioner, pass a reasoned order not later than 20th June, 2022. The order shall be made available to the Petitioner not later than 27th June, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

4. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
