Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client filed the writ petition on his several representations not receiving consideration from the bank. Meanwhile the bank has declared his client's account as a Non Performing Asset (NPA). 2.

No purpose will be served by directing issuance of notice. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the bank with copy of this order and his readiness and willingness to do that which is necessary and required by the bank, for regularizing the account. 3.
