This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification seeking extension of time.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that while disposing of the writ petition, the petitioner was directed to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 ventilating his grievance within a period of two weeks. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to illness of the petitioner, the petitioner could not file a fresh representation before the competent authority. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the

// 2 // petitioner, it is directed that four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to file fresh representation before the opposite party no.2, vide order dated 11.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.6073 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to file such a fresh representation shall stand revoked automatically. 7.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
