1.Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset states that pursuant to the interim order dated 16th May 2006 passed by this Court directing status quo to be maintained in respect of Shop No.10 inside Ananda Bazar of Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri, the status quo vis-à-vis the said shop continues.

2. It is seen that before the Appeal Sub-Committee, the main contesting parties were the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.4. However, Opposite Party No.4 does not appear today.

3. Issue fresh notice now be issued to Opposite Party No.4 by registered Speed Post with A.D. for which Requisites shall be filed within three days making it returnable by 15th May, 2022.

4. List on 15th May, 2022.
