Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, in the operative portion of the order where the 'Court in seisin over the matter' has been mentioned, the same shall be read as 'Courts below'. The date of surrender is extended till 31st March 2022. The rest part of the order dated 15.02.2022 remains unaltered.
