This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the opposite parties to consider the representation dated 14.08.2021 under Annexure-7 submitted by the Petitioner pending before the Opposite Party No.4 for drawal of arrear dues, sanction of leave and fixation of pay within a stipulated period of time. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has submitted a representation before the Block Development Officer, Salipur, Opposite Party No.4 on 14.08.2021, which is stated to be pending before him and till date no action has been taken on the representation of the Petitioner. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction may be issued to the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court

// 2 // without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation dated 14.08.2021 filed by the Petitioner under Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
