1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

3. The Petitioners seek review of the order dated 06.01.2022 passed by this Court in TRP (C) No.108 of 2018 on the ground that the son of the Petitioner having physically challenged, it is not possible on the part of the Petitioner No.1 to go to Khurda to contest the case. But it is not disputed that Petitioner No.1 is living with her child and attending the duties in the College. Both the places are well connected and it hardly takes two hours to cover the distance by the public transport. 4.Considering the aforesaid facts and the submissions made and the fact that the Petitioner is working in a College and it hardly takes two hours to cover the distance by a public transport, this

// 2 // Court is not inclined to entertain the review petition but this Court directs the court concerned to dispose of C.P No.55 of 2018, which is filed for restitution of conjugal rights, within three months hence.

5. With the aforesaid order, this Review Petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
