None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Learned counsel for Opposite Parties is present. 3.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing order dated 21st January, 2019 passed in Criminal Proceeding No.36 of 2017, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada directed the present Petitioner to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.3,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of the order. 4.

Perusal of order sheets makes it clear that since the date of filing of this Revision, i.e., 20th February, 2022 no effective steps has been taken by the Petitioner and the matter is being adjourned at the instance of the Petitioner. On the last occasion, i.e., on 4th October, 2021, none appeared for the Petitioner to pursue the matter. It further appears that steps for condonation of delay of 305 days in filing the RPFAM has not yet been taken.

In view of the above, this Court feels that Petitioner lost interest in pursuing the RPFAM. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
