Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 12th September, 2019 passed in MAT No.20 of 2016 allowing an application for amendment of the plaint in part. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the matter is posted to 8th July, 2022 for argument. Hence, he does not want to press the writ petition. In support of his submission, he files a memo in Court, which is taken on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

Interim order dated 9th April, 2021 passed in IA No.217 of 2020 stands vacated.
