Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client in seeking compensation has moved this Court. His client made representation dated 27th October, 2021 to opposite party no.4 being Collector, Puri.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made, the representation will be duly considered.
