The matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Deogarh P.S. Case No.221 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.384 of 2019 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Deogarh, for alleged commission of offence under Section376/511/506 of the IPC, for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed; while being not inclined reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that the earlier order dated 22.1.2020 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.19738 of 2019 shall hold the field that in the event, the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with the above mentioned case within three weeks hence and moves for his released on bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
