Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Semiliguda P.S. Case No.92 of 2017 corresponding to T.R. Case No.06 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput at Jeypore within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further condition that he will not leave the jurisdiction of the
// 2 // court without permission of the court in seisin of the case; will appear before the court in seisin of the case on each date of posting of the case till conclusion of the trial and will not indulge himself in any criminal activity.
Violation of the condition(s) would entail cancellation of the bail.
