Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner volunteers the Order No.
impugned order being passed by the appellate authority under the O.P.L.E. Act, lies revision. Under the circumstance, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition to move the revision. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to take resort to provision under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for waiving of delay for wrongly pursuing this Court.
