2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. Perused the letter issued by the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara dtd.20.10.2022, wherein it has been indicated that C.P. No. 333 of 2015 filed by the Opp. Party in the present case has been dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dtd.06.11.2021.

4. In view of the same learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press the present transfer petition.
