This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for modification of the order dated 29.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is now pending in the Court of learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Berhampur. In view of such submission, in the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 29.03.2022, the name of the Court shall be read as '3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Berhampur' in place of 'Sessions Judge, Rayagada'. The date of surrender of the petitioner is extended till 10th June 2022. With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 29.03.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
