Heard Mr. G.K. Acharya, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners, Ms. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Opposite Party - State and Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2.

Upon perusal of the petition, the same is found defective as the copy of complete F.I.R. is not filed on record. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.

However, as prayed by Mr. Acharya, the petitioner is at liberty to file a better petition.
