This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of G.R.Case No.06 of 2015 from the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Rairakhol to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Boudh. This case arises out of Charmal P.S. Case No.03 of 2015 and has been registered against the petitioner under Sections 332/333/341/294/186/307/354/506/34/324 of I.P.C. read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act.

3. Mr. S.K.Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this transfer petition stating that the petitioner will file an application for transfer before the appropriate forum. To that effect, he has filed a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record.

4. Considering the above submission, the TRP (CRL) is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
