This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to set aside the order dated 13th January, 2022 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in IA No.36 of 2021 (arising out of CP No.143 of 2021), whereby he directed to handover the interim custody of the child to the Opposite party for a period of thirty days from the date of passing of the impugned order, i.e., 13th January, 2022.

Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the sole Opposite Party submits that in the meantime, CP No.143 of 2021 has already been disposed of.

In view of disposal of CP No.143 of 2021 and lapse of period of interim custody of the child from the date of passing of the impugned order, i.e., 13th January, 2022, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Interim order dated 14th March, 2022 passed in IA No.3057 of 2022 stands vacated.
