This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Against non-compliance of the order dated 07.07.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.17769 of 2021, the present contempt petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking action against the contemnor under Section 12 of the Contempt of contempt of Court's Act. 3.
As a last chance, the contemnor is given four weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.17769 of 2021 from the date of production of a certified copy of this order by the petitioner, if the same has not been stayed by any higher forum. Failure to comply with the direction of this Court will attract serious penal consequences under the Contempt of Court's Act and the contemnor shall not be allowed to take the plea of any omission or

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present contempt petition is disposed of by giving a last chance to the contemnor to comply with the direction of this Court.
