Heard the learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Mancheswar P.S. Case No.17 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 468 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offences under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 294/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the State that injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature and further taking into account the nature of accusation against the petitioners, the interim order dated 19.03.2021 is made absolute.
