Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the contents of paragraphs 7 and 8 of the compliance affidavit dated 20th June, 2022 filed by Sri Samarth Verma, Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Puri, the order passed by this Court on 3rd November, 2020 stands complied with. Paragraphs 7 and 8 of the said compliance affidavit are extracted hereunder:- "7.
That, as per the De-reservation Case No.1/2020, the Kissam of Plot No.335 has been changed from "Gochar" kissam to "Patita" Kissam and said land measuring Ac.3.23 dec. has been alienated in favour of the Government in Law Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar Vide Alienation Case No.1/2021. In compliance of the Order of the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (C.D.), Cuttack passed in Alienation Case No.1/2021, the Addl. Sub-Collector (Settlement), Puri
// 2 // corrected the R.O.R. of Mouza - Madhipur bearing Khata No.280 (Ka), Plot No.335/1175 with an area of Ac.3.23 dec. in favour of the Law Department, Government of Odisha with a note of reservation for construction of Court and Staff Quarters.
Copy of the ROR in respect of Plot No.335/1175 measuring an area of Ac.3.23 dec. is filed herewith and annexed as Annexure-A.

That, the Plot No.335/735 measuring an area of A.0.77 dec. of Khata No.280 (AbadaJogyaAnabadi) with Kisam - Balikudain Mouza - Madhipur has been changed to Kisam - Patita in Revenue Misc. Case No.1/2021 as per the provisions prescribed U/s.34(E) of the OSS Act, 1962 and the same has been alienated in favour of the Government of Odisha in Law Department, Bhubaneswar Vide Alienation Case No.3/2021 which has been communicated to the Tahasildar, Gop Vide Dist. Office letter No.1100/Rev. dtd.24.03.2022. Basing on the Order Passed in the Alienation Case, the Additional Settlement Officer, Puri recorded the Hal Not final Plot No.335/735 with an area of Ac.0.77 dec in Hal Khata No. 280(Ka) in favour of the Law Department. Thereafter, ROR has also been issued in favour of the Law Department, Government of Odisha with a note of reservation for construction of Court Building Konark and Staff Quarters. The ROR has been communicated to the learned District Judge, Puri Vide letter No. 2326, dtd.25.04.2022 by the Tahasildar, Gop.
