This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the address of Opposite Party No.3 in Court today. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This writ petition has been filed with the following relief: "In view of the facts stated above the Petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders, issue appropriate order directing the Opp. Parties to allow the Petitioner to continue in service as Multi Purpose Health Worker on contractual basis as before either at Rajkishore Nagar CHC or Madhapur CHC considering the certificates issued by the Medical Officers of Bantala PHC and Rajkishore Nagar CHC under Annexures-3 and 6 respectively with all service and financial benefits." 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that a representation in this regard has been submitted to the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer, Angul, Opposite Party No.3, which according to the Petitioner is still pending for consideration.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited nature of request involved in this matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-7, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending and take a lawful decision thereon, taking into account the grounds taken in the writ petition within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner, giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order thereon. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
