Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

For there is accusation on the allegation through reports establishing a case against the Petitioner and considering the Petitioner giving a strong objection to such reports, this Court finds, for factual ascertainment involved therein, no such allegation can be considered in the Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press the Writ Petition and rather while withdrawing the Writ Petition seeks undertaking appropriate recourse involving the impugned order.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with the liberty.
