Since on instruction Mr.Zafarulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that Gania P.S. Case No. 36 dated 14.5.2022 has been registered under Sections 279, 337 and 338 I.P.C., Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 3.

Considering such submissions the CRLMP is disposed of as infructuous.
