This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 8th December, 2021 (Annexure-2) passed in Demarcation Case No. 22 of 2021 and to issue direction for fresh demarcation of the land in question considering his objection dated 27th January, 2022.

Since demarcation of the land in question has already been made pursuant to the order dated 8th December, 2021 (Annexure-2) passed by the Tahasildar, Brahmagiri-Opposite Party No.2, no further objection can be entertained in the said demarcation case.

This writ petition being misconceived is accordingly dismissed.
