This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1604 of 2021, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M. Angul, arising out of Angul Sadar P.S. Case No.722 of 2021, under Section 498(A)/304(B)/306 and 34 of IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act and is in custody since 23.02.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Angul by order dated 23.02.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Keeping in view that admittedly deceased had committed suicide in her parental house, in the petitioner's mother-in-law and charge sheet has been filed inter alia under Section 306 of IPC, this

Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
