1. The Petitioner's representation dated 12th June, 2021 shall be Order No.

examined by the Collector, Cuttack and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and after giving him a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon by the Collector not later than 16th May, 2022. The said order shall be communicated to the Petitioner within one week thereafter. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
