The Petitioner approached this Court under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the proceeding in G.R. Case No.78 of 2016 (arising out of Ranpur P.S. Case No.80 of 2016), pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur for alleged offence under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Kuldeep Panda, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no instructions in this matter. 3.
