Mr. A.K. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by filing a memo in Court today states that the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition, as the relief sought has been granted to the petitioner. The memo so filed in Court today be kept on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department states that since the petitioner has already been granted relief, no useful purpose would be served if the writ petition is pending. However, he has already filed I.A. No.15190 of 2022 for modification of order dated 18.10.2022.

In view of above submission, let I.A. No.15190 of 2022 be placed before the appropriate Bench for modification of order dated 18.10.2022.
