In spite of paper publication publishing the notice on the O.P. directing therein to appear in this Court on 28.9.2022, substantial period passed in the meantime, there is no appearance by anybody for the O.P. Considered the CMAPL on merit only involving hearing the Petitioner. This Court since finds reasonable ground of non-appearance of the Petitioner on the date R.S.A. No.263 of 2017 got dismissed, is inclined to allow the CMAPL thereby restoring the said R.S.A. to File.
