This contempt proceeding has been initiated against the Contemnors for willful flouting of the Oder dated 31.08.2020, passed in W.P.(C) No.17301 of 2020, so also Order dated 23.11.2020 passed in CONTC No.4965 of 2020.

Learned Counsel for the State produces the photocopy of the office Order No.5176 dated 02.03.2021, issued by the Director Municipal Administration Government of Odisha Housing and Urban Development Department after serving copy of the same on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and submits that the direction given by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 17301 of 2020 has already been complied with in the meantime, which is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

In view of such submissions made by learned Counsel for the Parties the proceeding is hereby dropped .
