This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for both sides. Perused the record. 3.

Order dated 14.05.2022 passed in 2nd National Lok Adalat is hereby recalled. Further, the following order is passed while disposing of the appeal.

This is an appeal filed by the claimants for enhancement of the compensation amount as directed by the learned 1st MACT, Angul in MAC Case No.214 of 2017 vide order dated 24th December, 2021. 5.

As agreed by the parties, the awarded amount is further modified enhanced to Rs.95,000/- (Rupees Ninty Five thousand) consolidated. The Insurance Company-Respondent No.2 is directed to deposit the modified enhanced consolidated amount before the learned Tribunal within a period of six weeks hence, whereafter the same shall be disbursed in favour of the claimant-appellants by the

The impugned award is modified to the above extent and the MACA is accordingly disposed.
