This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 31st January, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 41006 of 2021.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate by filing affidavit of Opposite Party submits that the order dated 31st January, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 41006 of 2021 has already been complied with.

Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner also concedes to the same and files a memo in Court today for withdrawal of the contempt petition, which is taken on record. 5.

Accordingly, the CONTC is dropped.
