2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2021 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2295 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Nyayadhikari Gram Nyayalaya, Puri for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 294/324/326/307/34 of IPC read with Section 3 & 4 of Explosive substance Act, 1908.

As it appears, the main allegation of assault is against one Sunil Kumar Nayak and no specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioner.

Considering the above fact, the period of detention in custody and the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the

matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
