This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Loisingha P.S. Case No.66 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.62 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.

Loisingha for commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294, 323, 427, 353, 283, 307, 506, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act.

Perused the first information report annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

In view of the nature of accusation against the petitioners and the manner in which attack has been made to a public servant on duty, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
