This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State as also for the Complainant. 3.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case including the factum of release of the coaccused person, who happens to be the son of the present Petitioner on bail and the role said to have been played by him and this Petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.12 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.168 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C. (R), Cuttack, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that he will not indulge himself in any

// 2 // criminal activity; and will not try to influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
