This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.2; it is observed that in the event the Petitioner No.2 surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case within ten days hence in connection with Kantamal P.S. Case No.16 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Case No.34 of 2018 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of during the first hour in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order so as to enable the Petitioner to approach the next higher forum during the course

// 2 // of the day, in case necessity so arises unless there stands any legal impediment.

In so far as the Petitioner Nos.3 & 4 are concerned, it is, however, directed that in the event Petitioner Nos. 3 & 4 surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in the aforesaid case within a week hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. Interim order passed on 03.05.2018 does no more survive in respect of Petitioner No.2.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
