CORAM:

JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH

ORDER

07.04.2022 1.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. It appears, the Order No.

writ petition is incomplete as it does not bear the required documents. On the submission for fresh admission, there is serious argument as to the availability of documents claimed to have been returned by the Registering Authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in possession of such document or even a copy of such document. It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a better application. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, but however with liberty as prayed for. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
