This matter is taken up today in the chambers through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. K.C. Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2. 3.

This appeal has been filed by the Appellant-Claimant. 4.

As agreed, the amount of compensation is settled at Rs.30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) consolidated.

The compromise sheet signed by both the parties/ their authorize representatives is taken on record.

Learned 1st M.A.C.T., Kendrapara, is called upon to release the aforesaid agreed amount as per the award among the claimant. The awarded amount shall be deposited before the
