2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2021 in connection with Khallikote P.S. Case No.338 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.729 of 2021 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Khallikote for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 307/34 of IPC read with Sections 4 & 5 of Explosive Substance Act.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record and the fact that the co-accused person, namely, Rajesh kumar Gouda @ Babul, who stands on the same footing as the petitioner, has already been granted bail by order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 8481 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the

court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

5. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
