This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioners in this writ petition seek for a direction to shift headquarter of Grampanchayat, from Balikhamar to Patrapali under Belapada Block in the district of Bolangir. 3.

On perusal of record, it appears that the notification for constituting the Grampanchayat was published on 23rd September, 2016 fixing headquarter of Grampanchayat at Balikhamar.

It is submitted by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners that although villagers of Patrapali have made representations to different authorities, but the same are not considered as yet. In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out the remedy in accordance with law.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
