In compliance of the Order dated 22.07.2022 passed by this Court referring to Paragraphs-3 and 4 of the Additional Affidavit filed by the Petitioners on 13.07.2022, since the Petitioners have extended the benefit to the Opposite Party No.2 in terms of the Order passed by the Tribunal, there is nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage.
