This writ petition involves the following prayer: "

PRAYER It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties, issue appropriate writ(s)/ direction(s) to the Opp. Parties to sanction and disburse the legitimate amount, which the petitioner is entitled to, in pursuant to his work "Installation of Mini High Mast 4x45W LED Street Light at Th.

Rampur pertaining to Work Order no. 01/2017-18 dated 20.03.2018 of GGY (Bijli) 2016-17" vide Annexure - 1, along with 18% of interest from the date of deemed completion i.e. 21.05.2018 till the final realization of payment.

And may further be pleased to pass any other order(s) as deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto. 3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
