The petitioner was engaged as Swechhasevi Sikshya Sahayak (SSS) vide order dated 20.05.2005 by the Collectorcum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parisad, Kandhamal. Subsequently, he was permitted to attend the Distance Education Programme (C.T. Course) conducted by DIET, Tikabali from 01.05.2009 to 19.06.2009.

It is submitted that even though the petitioner appeared in the said examination, the results thereof have not been published as yet.

Mr. B.K. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Board of Secondary Education submits that though the petitioner appeared in the said examination, yet its result has not yet been communicated to the petitioner.

Having regard to the submissions as above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Board of Secondary Education by submitting a

representation within two weeks ventilating his grievance. In case such representation is submitted within the period as aforesaid, the Board of Secondary Education (opposite party no.2) shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter under due intimation to the petitioner.

The writ petitioner is accordingly disposed of. 7.
