On the selfsame issue the Petitioner had already moved a writ petition vide W.P.(C) No.4852 of 2021. This matter appears to have been disposed of with the following order :- " Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the application at the instance of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-8 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.1 to look into the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-8 and pass appropriate orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto with communication of the result thereof to the Petitioner within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the competent authority to consider the fees aspect involving a Government Counsel. For the opinion of this Court, once this Court has already dealt with such matter and passed such order involving this issue, non-compliance of such order cannot invite a fresh writ petition. If the Petitioner is so advised, may avail appropriate remedy. At the same time, this Court also observes, direction of this Court in the disposed of writ petition vide W.P.(C) No.4852 of 2021 on 5.03.2021 is not for showcasing purpose, thus if it is not yet worked-out, the same be worked-out within two months from the date of communication of this order. Failure of which may invite a contempt against the competent authority for gross violation of the direction of this Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
