This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
This is an application for extension the interim bail period granted to the petitioner as per order dated 22.04.2022.
After going through the averments taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, I am not inclined to extend the interim bail period of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
It is seen that after availing interim bail, the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned trial Court. Learned trial Court shall take immediate steps for arresting the petitioner and taking him to custody.
